We offer a consultancy visit for £150+VAT, and for that fee you will receive a 1-hour site visit from our senior Architect and a Chartered Surveyor. We can discuss the project, establish the brief, explore options and review any Planning limitations.
*Note that if the consultation leads to an instruction for our services, the consultancy fee of £150 is applied as a discount on the first account.
